Lisa and her husband, Jesse, live in Gans, Oklahoma with their two children, Laney and Landon. In 1995 Lisa obtained her associates degree in accounting from Connors State College and upon completing her degree; she began working in the banking industry. Lisa has accumulated over 20 years’ experience in both banking and real estate. Lisa currently handles all accounting and human resources for SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co..

Travis was born and raised in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. He is proud to come from a family of lifelong Sequoyah County residents. As a husband and father of six children, his relationship with God and his family are his top priority. Travis has six years of industry experience as a licensed abstractor and licensed real estate agent. He also brings an impressive 20 plus years of experience in sales and customer service.

Tearney was born and raised in LeFlore County, Oklahoma and a graduate of Poteau High School. She attended CASC and the University of Arkansas. She brings fifteen years of banking and real estate experience previously serving as a real estate specialist and commercial loan officer. She has one son,
Liam. In her spare time, she loves traveling and attending concerts with her friends and family.

Della was hired on at SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co. March 2016. She is a licensed Abstractor who has also worked as a processor and is now one of the primary Closing Agents. She and her husband, Wayne, reside in Roland, Oklahoma along with her Daughter Jaden. Della also has an older daughter, Ciera, and is a very proud GiGi to her grandson Brayden.
Della graduated from Roland High School and was part of the yellow page business for 24 years as an office manager and an Administrative Assistant.
She brings a positive upbeat attitude to SCA Title!

Lana is a Sallisaw native, where she currently resides with her husband, Josh, and their three children. She graduated from Sallisaw High School in 2004, and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. Lana came to SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co. in 2017 and serves as the primary Title Insurance Agent.

Brittany Lee is a life-long resident of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma and a 2012 graduate of Vian High School. She, her husband, Hunter, and their son currently reside in Sallisaw. Brittany started at SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co. in August 2012 and since such time she has become a licensed abstractor and she has been assisting the other abstractors in the office with a variety of tasks, including without limitation the creation and supplementation of abstracts.

Morgan is a life-long resident of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. She, her husband, Josh, and their two children currently reside in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Morgan graduated from Central High School in 2013 and shortly thereafter obtained an associate's degree from Carl Albert State College. Morgan started at SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co. in September 2018 as a closing processor and since such time has become a licensed abstractor and assists in all departments as needed.

Colleen, her husband, Terry, and their son, Chris currently reside in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Colleen is a licensed abstractor and started at SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co. in July of 2019. Prior to starting here she was an abstractor/researcher for Buffalo Land Abstract out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Colleen also worked for Sequoyah County Clerk's Office for a combined 18 years of experience.

Cindy and her husband, Doug, currently reside in Gans, Oklahoma and she has been a Sequoyah County resident since she was three years old.

Deanna was born and raised in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She attended and graduated from Gans Public School in 1994. After graduating she worked in the medical field for 22 years prior to joining the team at SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co. in 2020 where she now serves as the primary post closer. She resides in Sallisaw, Oklahoma with her husband, Blakely Smith, Jr. and has raised three daughters. Her hobbies include spending time with her husband and four grandchildren.

Shannan was raised in Muldrow and graduated from Muldrow High School. She currently lives in the Central High/Gans area with her husband Wayne, Jr. She has worked in the banking and medical fields for a combined total of 25 plus years. Shannan has three children, Lindsay, Kaitlyn and Justin. She has been blessed to be called Nana by two grandchildren, Kobe & Madilyn. In her spare time she enjoys watching Kobe play ball and gardening in her flowerbeds.
