Lisa and her husband, Jesse, live in Gans, Oklahoma with their two children, Laney and Landon. In 1995 Lisa obtained her associates degree in accounting from Connors State College and upon completing her degree; she began working in the banking industry. Lisa has accumulated over 20 years’ experience in both banking and real estate. Lisa currently handles all accounting and human resources for SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co.

Travis was born and raised in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. He is proud to come from a family of lifelong Sequoyah County residents. As a husband and father of six children, his relationship with God and his family are his top priority. Travis has six years of industry experience as a licensed abstractor and licensed real estate agent. He also brings an impressive 20 plus years of experience in sales and customer service.

Nicole started working at SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co. shortly after she and her family moved to Sallisaw, Oklahoma in 2009 and over the last four years, Nicole has come to learn all aspects of the abstracting business. Nicole is a licensed abstractor and she is one of the primary closing agents at SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co..

Penny moved to Adair County in 1978 and graduated from Westville High School. After graduation she married her husband of 36 years David Bolin. David is a born and raised Adair County guy. David works for Schwans/Mrs. Smiths Bakery in Stilwell where he has been for 39 years.
Penny and David have a son Brian and a daughter Ashlie. Penny worked 20 years in Home Health and then for the Adair County Clerk for 4 ½ years prior to joining the team at SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co. in July, 2016. Penny has come to learn the aspects of abstracting and is a licensed abstractor.

Lorie Owens

Lorie Owens has been an Adair County resident most of her life and currently resides in the small community of Baron. She worked for 12 years in the insurance industry before moving on to work at the Adair County Courthouse in both the County Clerk and Commissioners offices for 6 years before leaving in 2019 and joining SCA Title, Abstracting & Title Co.. She is a licensed abstractor and currently works in the Closing Department as a Post Closer.

Julie is a life-long resident of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. She, her husband, Billy, and their two boys, Jordon and Logan currently reside in Sallisaw. Julie graduated from Sallisaw High School in 1994 and shortly thereafter obtained an associates Degree from Carl Albert State College. Since graduating from Carl Albert, Julie has compiled nineteen years of experience in the real estate and banking industries. Julie is a licensed abstractor and title insurance agent.
